We make our products in our own kitchen with only natural ingredients and based on old family recipes that were inspired by my Great Aunt Lil's in the islands.

I can still smell her cooking as I would past her kitchen, she first learned to cook backed in the 20's as an apprentice, cooking for white rich folks, there she learned to cook and prepared many  dishes that were only dreamt about by the average Islander.

What she taught me is that anyone can cook but the great ones, takes the ordinary and is able to make the extraordinary and that it transcends beyond the ingredients, presentation and caring typifies and separates the best cooks.

We at WIFGlobal.com have taken the same care and dedication into making our bakery and cake products. We have selected our dried preserved fruits direct from the producers to enhanced their flavor and texture.

All our other ingredients are famous brand names, to ensure quality and consistency, we would not serve you any thing we wouldn't use ourselves, because our standards are very high.
